ADELAIDE METRO SPECIAL SERVICES
Adelaide Metro runs special services that operate differently to normal bus, train or tram services. These include:
After Midnight
After Midnight bus services are Metroticket services which operate Saturday night/Sunday morning. These services will pick you up and drop you off at regular bus stops along their route, making it safe and easy for you to get around after midnight.
JetBus services to the Airport
Direct 7 day a week JetBus services with early starts and late finishes, linking the Adelaide Airport and City through to Glenelg and West Beach or the north eastern suburbs via the Adelaide O-Bahn.
FREE City Services
Adelaide Metro FREE City Services use both buses and trams, offering low floor easy to access ramps and are fully air conditioned, taking you direct to many of Adelaide’s great attractions.
Footy Express
Footy Express services operate from many areas of metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia. Full timetable and route details are now available for the 2008 AFL season.
Go Zones
Adelaide Metro has 39 Go Zones offering a maximum wait of just 15 minutes for a service from 7.30 am to 6.30 pm Monday to Friday, and one Mega Go Zone including JetBus services to the Adelaide Airport.
Roam Zones
Roam Zone buses can take you to your door or as close as street conditions will allow. Roam Zones operate in Hallett Cove/Sheidow Park/Trott Park, Golden Grove/Greenwith, Holden Hill and Aberfoyle Park.
Smart Stops
You’ll always be sure at a Smart Stop! Adelaide’s Smart Stops will tell you how long you’ll wait for your next bus, so day or night, you’ll know exactly how many minutes until your next bus!
